This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks one or more provider(s) of youth and family programs that promote resiliency, pro-social behavior, and emotional wellbeing as well as decrease youth involvement in the juvenile justice system.  Programs should be documented or verified through an evidence-based or promising practice. The target start date and term for the proposed services is July 2017 through June 2020, subject to negotiation of a final agreement, with evaluation of program progress towards identified goals and objectives on a quarterly basis.
