Pescadero Creek Park's Pomponio Trail is currently closed between junctions 52 and 55 due to a damaged culvert.
Crews will be performing fuel reduction work in Edgewood Park through August 2022.
Wednesdays are the regularly scheduled maintenance days for the pump track at Quarry Park. The track will be closed on Wednesdays, sometimes for part of the day, sometimes for the full day, as maintenance needs require.
Portions of Crystal Springs Regional Trail will be closed through late November 2022.
For holiday weekends in 2022, Bicycle Sunday, the weekly event that allows for non-motorized use of Cañada Road along Crystal Springs Regional Trail, will be canceled to meet the increased holiday needs for staffing at other parks in the area. Bicyclists and motorists, please be mindful to share the road.
Crews have returned to Huddart Park to follow up on forest health work performed last November and December near the park entrance. Trails slated for closure include Redwood Nature Trail, and Bay Tree Trail.
Huddart Park's Richards Road Trail is currently closed from trail marker 2 to 33.
Beginning the week of June 6, we will be treating up to 100 acres of dense fire fuels in Quarry Park. Some trail closures will occur, Monday through Friday.
In addition to the previously open northern portion of Pescadero Creek Park, a western portion of Old Haul Road is now open. The area south and west of the park, which was burned by the CZU Lightning Complex Fire, remains closed.
PG&E are performing vegetation management work along an electrical distribution line running through Sam McDonald & Pescadero Creek parks. Expect temporary delays and noise where crews are working.
Sam McDonald Park's Big Tree Trail is currently closed for maintenance and a bridge replacement. The trail will reopen in spring of 2022 at the earliest.
