The San Mateo County Pride Center has been working hard to develop resources for the LGBTQ+ community and our allies/advocates. If it's not a training or community gathering, the Pride Center has clinical services and peer groups to offer. It has also mobilized its many years of relationships and partnerships to develop helpful guides and information that are super easy to access and download.

County Health Pauses COVID-19 Community Vaccine Clinics to Resume Mid-September with New Boosters

Redwood City – San Mateo County Health’s community COVID-19 vaccine clinics are temporarily closed and are expected to reopen after September 12 when they will offer the new booster shot. With the recent Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) authorization of the new bivalent Omicron booster, the current monovalent COVID-19 vaccines are no longer authorized to be used as boosters.
