Today the Information Services Department of the County of San Mateo announced that it now has 24 SMC Public WiFi sites across the County.

The Board of Supervisors accepts the Children, Youth and Families Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-2017, a document that summarizes budgets from across County departments to provide a holistic view of the County’s financial and philosophical commitment to the more than 160,000 residents under the age 18.

The County of San Mateo’s financial footing remains strong but County Manager John Maltbie urges fiscal restraint as reserves draw down to lowest level in 10 years.
