The County of San Mateo is committed to providing temporary supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness as part of the County’s goal to reach a functional zero level of homelessness.

The pandemic has worsened existing community needs and inequalities, and persons experiencing homelessness are at great risk of infection and death due to COVID-19. In response, the County is providing safe, temporary living accommodations and intensive on-site support services to assist the most vulnerable in our community.
