The board of directors meets regularly the first Wednesday of even-numbered months (February, April, etc.). Special meetings are scheduled as needed.

Meetings are held at the San Mateo County Dental Society, 939 Laurel Street, Suite #C, San Carlos, CA 94070.

Meeting time is 12 noon unless otherwise noted in the Agenda.  Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to regular meetings and 24 hours prior to special meetings.
