Budgeting - counting photo

We know owing money can be stressful and challenging. While our mission is to collect the maximum amount of owed money quickly and in the most efficient way possible, our collection practices take into account that everyone is different and has different circumstances. Our highly-trained, experienced staff works to be flexible in our collection practices.

One of our key strategy is to help you - the debtor - understand and appreciate your obligation and responsibility to pay your debt. We help you to recognize the value and necessity of maintaining a good credit standing by promptly paying your debt.

Collection Practices

We will always work first to secure payment of your debt in full. If that is not possible, we will work with you to create a payment plan. We do this by listening, understanding, being creative, and suggesting alternatives. A payment plan we offer must be feasible for you, while providing benefit to the Court or County department/division on whose behalf we are collecting the debt.

Typically, our overall process is to:

  • Secure your financial information and assess your financial obligations
  • Develop a realistic plan for repayment that does not cause you extreme hardship, but does satisfy the Court or County department/division on whose behalf we are collecting the debt
  • Initiate legal means such as wage attachment or the tax intercept program, if necessary
