Fiscal Year 2025-2026

This is about reinvesting in our community and supporting organizations who are doing the work everyday. Rising costs, economic uncertainty, and growing needs have placed enourmous pressure on both families and the organizations that support them.

For this reason, District 4 is making one-time discretionary Measure K funds available for the 2025–2026 cycle. Though the funding is limited, it represents a valuable chance to support community-based initiatives that meet urgent needs and strengthen our neighborhoods.

We are especially interested in proposals that align with District 4’s priorities:

District 4 Priorities

Everyone is encouraged to apply. Please keep in mind that funding is limited, and not all applications can be approved. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until funds run out or until May 1, 2026. Individual awards of up to $40,000 will be made throughout the year with applicants notified individually.

If selected for funding, District 4 Discretionary Measure K grants are issued on a reimbursement basis. The County does not typically release funds in advance.

We are in challenging times, I see the impact organizations are making. This is an opportunity to access this resource, especially those that haven’t received Measure K District Discretionary funds before. With thoughtful projects and community-driven solutions, we can ensure that every resident in District 4 not only gets by, but thrives.
