Contractor has completed installing concrete valley gutters. Contractor is currently replacing existing sanitary sewer main pipes and manholes, and is installing underground drainage gallery systems.

About the Project
The Project involves the proposed roadway reconstruction of 18th Avenue from End to Bay Road, and Fair Oaks Avenue from 18th Avenue to Marsh Road in the unincorporated North Fair Oaks Area.
The proposed Project scope will also include replacement of sanitary sewer facilities and installation of new drainage infrastructure on 18th Avenue.
West Bay Sanitary District is anticipated to start construction work on sanitary sewer facilities located on 18th Avenue from 608 18th Avenue to 775 18th Avenue by mid-September 2025. For more information, please reach out to West Bay Sanitary District at (650) 321-0384.
