Grading work complete. Contractor working on asphalt paving.

September to October 2025

Contractor is continuing with earthwork and site grading.

August 2025

Construction began in early August.

June to July 2025:

Construction is anticipated to start in early July.

May 2025:

Construction to begin pending building permit approval.

April 2025:

Notice to Proceed issued to JOC contractor. Construction to begin in late April/early May.

March 2025:

Design is complete and construction to expected to start in April.

About the Project
