The project is the complete demolition and renovation of approximately 18,000 SF of interior space utilized by the LifeMoves Maple Street Shelter. It is two phases of construction wherein approximately one half of the building will be renovated during each phase. Work  includes but is not limited to: building seismic upgrade, site work including paving, utilities, grading and drainage, landscaping, irrigation, all new and reconfigured interior walls, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, two new resident toilet cores, dorm rooms, commons area, laundry room, staff offices/conference room, serving kitchen, cooking, serving and refrigeration equipment, new roof membrane, new HVAC equipment, new supply/sanitary plumbing and fixtures, fire sprinklers,  new electrical service and generator.
