Mission of San Mateo County Boards, Commissions and Committees: To advise governmental bodies in their decision-making process through direct citizen participation.
Mission of the LGBTQ Commission: To cultivate San Mateo County as a welcoming and safe environment where its lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community members can thrive.
