The Commission invites the community to our Listen and Learn meetings where we plan to be in each district throughout 2026. Listen and Learns are opportunities to learn from community members and where they share their feedback with us on women's economic health and access to child care. Our last session is on Tuesday, October 27th from 6:00-8:00pm in East Palo Alto.
Dinner will be provided and we will have child watch with free books and activities.

📣 ACTION ALERT: Take the Making Ends Meet Survey
People who live or work in San Mateo County are invited to share their experiences and perspectives on the financial realities of making a living in one of the most expensive areas in the nation.
The survey asks about household expenses, debt, wages, retirement, child care, and other factors that impact financial stability.
Your input will help the San Mateo County Commission on the Status of Women better understand the experiences of individuals and families and inform an update to the Board of Supervisors in 2027.
