  • The Commission on the Status of Women is thrilled to introduce two amazing keynote speakers for the RISE 2022 Women’s Leadership Conference. Sallie Krawcheck, CEO and co-founder of Ellevest, will be providing a morning keynote at 9:00am while Lan Phan, CEO and founder of community of SEVEN, will be providing the closing keynote at 4:00pm.

    Sallie Krawcheck is the CEO and co-founder of Ellevest, a tech-first financial company, built by women for women, to help her earn more money, save more money, and invest to grow her money — by providing the products and coaching to do so — from her first dollar through to Private Wealth services. Ellevest is one of the fastest growing digital investment platforms and has been named a #24 on CNBC’s top 50 "Disruptor" list, #14 on LinkedIn’s 50 “Most Sought-After Startups”, and one of Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 100 Brilliant Ideas.  Before launching Ellevest, Krawcheck built a successful career on Wall Street: She was the CEO of Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, US Trust, Citi Private Bank, Sanford C.     Lan Phan is an award-winning marketer and strategist with over twenty years of experience in marketing, advertising, membership, and leadership training. A graduate of Stanford and Harvard, Lan has extensive experience in organizational and behavioral psychology as well as training and development. Lan is considered one of the leading global experts on membership and community development, speaking at renowned venues such as the United Nations, SXSW, and consulting with CEOs and C-suite executives. Lan is the founder and CEO of community of SEVEN, a membership community that brings leading executives, thought-leaders, and changemakers together to tackle and solve big business and societal problems.
