Updates
- November 2023 - Potholing for utilities was performed.
- December 2023 - Received pothole report to implement in design plans.
- January 2024 – Compiled and field verified utility information.
- February/March 2024 - 30% design phase.
- April to July 2024 – 65% design phase.
- August to September 2024 - The 75% plans, specifications and estimate are currently in development.
- October to December 2024 - The 75% plans, specifications and estimate are under review. Targeting completion of 90% plans, specifications and estimate on November 2024.
- January to March 2025 - 90% plans under review.
- April 2025 - 100% plans in design and target to adopt plans by April 2025.
- May 2025 - Bid Received on April 29, 2025. Bid's are under review and project is anticipated to be awarded on May 20, 2025.
- June 2025 - Project Awarded to Andreini Brothers.
- July 2025 - Construction is anticipated to start in late July 2025.
- August 2025 - Trench excavation and installation of drainage pipes on Ferdinand Ave from Alhambra to Coronado are in progress.

September 2025 - Trench excavation and installation of drainage pipes on Ferdinand Ave is complete. Trench excavation and installation of drainage pipes on The Alameda from Ferdinand Ave to Avenue Del Oro is in progress.
