The County of San Mateo Department of Public Works is inviting interested and qualified consultants to submit proposals for Engineering and Environmental Permitting Services for 9 bridges within the unincorporated areas of San Mateo County.

The Consultants shall provide services to include, but not limited to: topographic survey, site investigations, environmental studies, submitting environmental permits, preparing plans and specifications, civil engineering and bridge design, construction support and other various professional services.  Services to be provided by the Consultant, as requested by this proposal, will be partially financed through federal funding obtained from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Consequently, DBE requirements of 49CFR, Part 26 apply.
