September 2026

Construction has begun for pavement repair work on selected roads. Microsurfacing work is scheduled to begin in mid-September 2026. Residents will receive a 2-day advance notification for road surface treatment work that requires a full road closure. Please follow instructions provided in the notification and plan ahead for the upcoming road work.

About the Project

The work to be done consists, in general, of performing pavement repairs, placing micro-surfacing on various roads in the Montara and Miramar areas in the unincorporated areas of San Mateo County. It also includes replacement of traffic striping, pavement repairs, and pavement marking.
