  • Redwood City – The County of San Mateo continues to work to protect public health and safety in response to the novel coronavirus known as COVID-19.

    The County of San Mateo’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) remains open to coordinate countywide response and communications in response to the situation. The EOC’s Joint Information Center will provide daily status reports Monday through Friday until further notice. Today’s report

    Resources Available to Answer Questions on County Residential Eviction Moratorium

    Have questions about the County’s extended residential eviction moratorium? The County Department of Housing has a dedicated email address and phone line to help residents navigate the moratorium and properly fill out the required form to seek relief.  Those in need of help can call 650-363-7873 or email covid19@smchousing.org.

    San Mateo County Health has updated the number of positive cases to 2,022 as of May 27, 2020.
