Mike O’Neill serves as a Legislative Aide for Supervisor Ray Mueller of the third District. Mike is a native 3rd Generation San Franciscan and has lived in Pacifica for 40 years and raised his 3 children through the public school system. Mike has many years of experience in various industries and local government. Mike owned his own small business, manager of banks, stock brokerage firms, and an employee of a local high school district.
Mike has served as an elected official on the Pacifica School District Board of Trustees for 14 years and on the Pacifica City Council for 10 years. Mike currently serves on the San Mateo County Board of Education District 5, which is comprised of Pacifica, Millbrae, Burlingame and Hillsborough.
Mike also serves on the Board of some non-profits including the North San Mateo Boys and Girls Club, San Mateo County Historical Association and the Jefferson Union High School District Housing Board. In the past Mike has served as Vice President of AFT 1481 and the Pacifica Historical Society.
Mike’s area of focus for Supervisor Mueller is the primary staff for the Coastside Office on Capistrano Road in Princeton By The Sea. Mike focuses on Pacifica, Mid Coast, Half Moon Bay and is liaison for the San Mateo Farm Bureau and the Agricultural Advisory Committee.
