Tim joined the County Attorney’s Office in 2004. He is currently assigned to: the County Committee on School District Organization, Hillsborough City SD, Menlo Park SD, San Mateo-Foster City SD and the Conflicts/Disclosures, Special Education and Planning teams. In the community, Tim coaches youth soccer and belongs to the boards and committees of several non-profits.

Prior Experience
Upon graduation from law school in 1994, Tim worked as an associate for the Burlingame law firm of Cotchett, Pitre & Simon doing consumer and environmental class action litigation. He later joined Kerr & Wagstaffe LLP in San Francisco, where he handled constitutional law and commercial and employment litigation.
