Paul joined the County Attorney’s Office in 2018.  He is currently assigned to the litigation team.

Prior Experience

Upon graduation from law school in 1998, Paul joined Wright, Robinson, Osthimer & Tatum and then Celebrezze & Wesley.  He then joined Clapp, Moroney, Vucinich, Beeman & Scheley, making partner in 2008.  During his 18 years of practice in the private sector, Paul developed extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in complex civil litigation, including taking bench and jury trials to verdict as lead counsel and successfully petitioning and arguing before Courts of Appeal.  His practice areas included catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, commercial litigation, professional liability, real estate litigation, and insurance coverage.
