Nick Saenz joined the County Attorney’s Office in 2021. Nick currently represents the Civil Service Commission, Environmental Health, and is on the Homelessness Initiative and Planning teams. He also represents the County in various lawsuits.

Prior Experience
Before joining the County Attorney’s Office, Nick was a partner at Lewis & Llewellyn LLP in San Francisco, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation. Nick began his career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and he later worked at Shartsis Friese LLP in San Francisco.
