Judith joined the County Attorney’s Office in 2001. In 2013, she was promoted to Lead Deputy for Children and Family Services. She is currently assigned to: LGBTQ Commission, Juvenile Justice & Delinquency Prevention Commission, Children's Collaborative Action Team/Child Abuse Prevention Council, Public Safety Communications, Children and Family Services, and coordinates the legal team representing Children and Family Services in Juvenile Court.

Prior Experience

Upon graduation from law school in 1995, Judith accepted a position as a litigation associate with the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. in Los Angeles and represented clients in a variety of matters, including insurance defense, contract disputes, securities actions, lender liability, and tort and civil rights actions. In 1997, Judith joined the San Francisco litigation boutique of Morgenstein and Jubelirer, L.L.P. While an associate with Morgenstein, Judith handled a variety of cases which included personal injury, construction defect, products liability, employment, insurance defense, and asbestos litigation.
