Brian joined the County Attorney’s Office in 2025. He is currently assigned to the litigation, planning, procurement, housing, and project development teams.

Prior experience

After graduating from law school, Brian spent over nine years working for the Santa Barbara Office of County Counsel. His areas of practice included land use and environmental law, public procurement and construction, and emergency medical services. He also worked for two years at the Executive Office of Health and Human Services in Massachusetts practicing in the field of health IT.
