Mr. Kulich joined the County Attorney’s Office in 2013 after nine years in private practice. 

Mr. Kulich currently represents Elections, the Coroner, Code Compliance, the Public Guardian/Public Administrator, EDAPT, the San Mateo County Flood and Sea Rise Resiliency District and the Arts Commission.  He also serves on the Office's Conflicts and Disclosure Team, Planning Team and Civil Litigation Team.
