Downed trees from fuel reduction work and storms will be chipped on site.

Beginning Monday, June 2, San Mateo County Parks will resume disposal of downed trees that remain from earlier fuel reduction work and winter storm damage in Quarry Park and Mirada Surf East.
The work will be completed by contractors using large tub grinders Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Operation of the equipment is noisy. The project is expected to be completed in 12 working days. Chipped material will be dispersed on site.
