Safety of our residents is a top priority here in San Mateo County. No one exemplifies this priority more than Citizen for a San Mateo County Gun Buyback. 

One of the aspects I enjoy the most as District 4 Supervisor is engaging with the community and listening to the voices of all residents. A few months ago, I had the idea of creating a series of several different informal “Community Conversations” on hot topics that impact District 4 residents.

As your Supervisor, one of my top priorities is to support children. A few months ago, Catholic Charities came to me to ask for my help with their special soccer tournament – Fútbol con Corazón – for unaccompanied minors in San Mateo County
