San Mateo County’s 2022-23 Property Assessment Roll Reaches Record High after Twelfth Consecutive Year of Growth Roll Value Increases by 8.34% to $288.0 billion

San Mateo County Assessor Mark Church today announced the County’s Property Assessment Roll increased year-over-year by $22.2 billion, or 8.34%, to a record high of over $288.0 billion in assessed value.
