San Mateo County’s Winter Weather Alert Warning (WWAW) Plan wants to be able to reach as many residents in the affected area. The WWAW plan utilizes a multi-method, multi-layered communication approach. To reach as many people as possible the County needs to assess gaps. This survey will allow the county to prioritize messaging and identify locations where additional resources are needed to fill in the gaps.
