  • Check your mailbox often for your new card. You do not need to visit a county office to receive your card, and do not need to call to activate your new card. All existing benefits will transfer automatically to your new EBT card, and your pin will stay the same.

    • All personal information has been moved to the back of your new card.
    • A card expiration date and card security code (CSC) have been added to increase card security.
    • The expiration date is for the card only and does not represent your benefits expiration or expungement.

Some EBT retailers may not accept tap or chip features at this time. Please try to use tap or chip feature first and then swipe if prompted.
