The Benefits Office has also created a series of Benefits Fact Sheets which answer many of the commonly-asked questions about these benefits. Additional information and forms about these employee benefits and others are available online on the Human Resources Department website.

All benefits are subject to change and there is no guarantee that these benefits will be continued indefinitely. The descriptions are very general and are not intended to provide complete details about any or all plans.
