  • Sarahi Espinoza Salamanca saw a need and filled it. Sarahi is a District 4 resident, founder of Dreamers RoadMap and former undocumented student. Years ago, she had to drop out of school to help support her family. Today, she is helping undocumented students find scholarship money so that they can stay in school – a continue on a path to success.

Sarahi was the Champion of Change at the White House in 2014, received a House of Representatives Award in 2015, was named to Forbes 30 under 30, and was recently recognized at Premios Juventud, an awards show for Spanish-speaking celebrities, for creating Dreamers RoadMap.

It is a pleasure to honor Sarahi with a Warren Award for her work to help students, not just in San Mateo County's 4th District, but across the United States!
