  • The one-year anniversary of the Fair Oaks Health Center was celebrated on Saturday, March 21st, with speeches, healthcare information, raffle prizes, community garden planting, free toothbrushes and a tour of the facilities. This year, the old clinic was torn down and removed, the parking lot and landscaping were completed. What a difference!

The Fair Oaks Health Center has served more than 17,000 patients in its first year of service and is providing the community with access to a pharmacy, health library, and dental clinic on site. The facility is not only beautiful, but very functional--designed to serve both patients and practitioners. Very special thanks to the Sequoia Health Care District for their generous contributions toward the capital construction as well as the many foundations and corporate donors who made this dream possible.

Congratulations to the Health System Chief Jean Fraser, CEO of the San Mateo Medical Center Dr. Susan Ehrlich, Clinic Manager Jonathan Mesinger and all of the staff who worked so hard to open this first rate facility for our patients. Well done!
