The Office of County Counsel is located on the sixth floor of the Hall of Justice and Records at:

400 County Center,
(formerly 401 Marshall Street)
Redwood City, California, 94063

Office hours are Monday through Friday [holidays excepted] 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Directions

If you are coming from areas north of Redwood City traveling south on Highway 101, take the Whipple Avenue exit. This exit places you on Veterans Blvd. Proceed straight on Veterans Blvd. through the next stoplight which is Brewster. Turn right one block past Brewster onto Middlefield Road. Go past the parking garage (public parking available on first floor) to County Center and turn right. The Hall of Justice and Records is one block down on the corner and is the eight story building.

If you are traveling from areas south of Redwood City, take Highway 101 north to the Whipple Avenue exit. Turn left at the stop light onto the overpass. Turn left at the next light onto Veterans Blvd. and proceed to Middlefield Road (one block past the light at Brewster). Turn right onto Middlefield Road, then follow directions above once on Middlefield Road.

Parking is metered and the parking meters take only quarters. Most meters are for one or two hours. There is a ten-hour parking lot at Middlefield Road and Winslow. Just follow Middlefield Road to Winslow and you will see the lot. There is also a ten-hour parking lot at the Redwood City Caltrain station (approximately two blocks from the Hall of Justice and Records.)
