California State Disbursement Unit(SDU)The State Disbursement Unit (SDU) is responsible for receiving and processing child support payments for individuals with open cases through a local child support agency. The SDU also receives and processes all employer child support wage withholding payments -including child support withholdings from private support orders. The SDU gives parents and employers more options for how child support payments are received and how child support payments are made.

Child Support Directors Association of California - The Child Support Directors Association of California (CSDA) was established in 2001 as a non-profit association to represent the local child support directors of California's 58 counties. The association strives to be of service to local child support agencies (LCSA) in their effort to provide children and families with the financial, medical, and emotional support required to be productive and healthy citizens in our society.

California Superior Court EZ Legal File is an interactive program that will help you fill out the forms necessary to request or respond to papers for a variety of legal issues.

Family Law Facilitator's Office: The office of the Family Law Facilitator provides free services to help people who do not have private attorneys.

San Mateo County Superior Court

TurboCourt - helps you complete forms needed to open a child support case. It may also help you to establish court orders for paternity, child support and medical coverage. TurboCourt was reviewed and approved by the Department of Child Support Services.

Advocates for Children of San Mateo County - Child Advocates recruits, trains and supervises community volunteers who are matched one-to-one with children in foster care, and who act as advocates, mentors, and caring friends.

California Kinship - The Kinship Support Services Program (KSSP) is funded by the State of California in partnership with counties and non-profit agencies to provide support services to caregivers who are raising a child of a relative.
