Access keys are provided as a shortcut for users visiting major areas of the site. This site uses the following access keys:

To use access keys in Internet Explorer, press ALT + <Key>, then press ENTER. In Firefox, press ALT + SHIFT + <Key>. In Safari, press CONTROL + <Key>.
For Search, press ALT + 4 (IE) , ALT + SHIFT + 4 (Firefox), or CONTROL + 4 (Safari) to be taken to the search box at the top of the page. Type in your keyword, then press ENTER to view search results.
Alt-Text Tags
Images are accompanies by an alt-text tag that identifies the image or its function. If you are using a graphic browser, alt-text tags are visible only if the browser's automatic image-loading feature is turned off.
Captioned and Described Audio/Video Clips

Hyperlinks
Text hyperlinks are written so they make sense when read out of context.
Scripting
Our site uses JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). In every instance, event handlers have been implemented so a mouse is not required. Additionally, content and functionality should be available even if scripting has been disabled in the browser.
Tables
Some layout tables are used on this site; however, the content should be readable when all formatting is removed. Data tables include headers and summary information.
