Business System Meeting and Staff

Information Management Services (IMS) provides business partnerships with ISD's customers in order to enhance business processes, improve services, and provide cost-effective business solutions. Our customers include all San Mateo County departments, external agencies under contract with San Mateo County, and city and district agencies that operate within San Mateo County. IMS develops, maintains and promotes activities which enable County Departments to become increasingly self-sufficient in support of their own automation environments. We provide research, consulting, planning, training, guidance and support services for the development and application of new technologies including:
