Your application will be reviewed by the Human Resources Department to make sure that you meet the qualifications for the job. If it cannot be determined whether you meet the qualifications, you may be mailed a letter requesting more information.

All applicants are required to complete the conviction history questions. Conviction information is confidential and review of such information is limited to certain Human Resources staff for the purpose of determining whether the information is related to the position(s) for which you have applied. If the information is not provided, you will have to be contacted to collect any missing information before your application can be processed.
Exam Notification
Human Resources will notify you regarding the next step in the process. Notices regarding the next step in this process usually go out two weeks after final filing date.

Testing/Examination Process
A County examination may include a supplemental application, a screening process, a written test, a performance test, and/or an interview. Not all examinations include all these parts. For most entry-level positions, the examination will have two parts: a written test and an interview.
